If we cannot remove your strike, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, open a Discord support ticket or message @clearclaim with your case ID and a Bitcoin or Litecoin address. A staff member will process the return manually.

Refunds are typically sent within 48 hours of approval.
